The Business Executive Program (BEP)

Trade and commercial relations between the U.S. and India, according to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, are the foundation of their bilateral relations.

We want to assist legitimate travelers to go overseas frequently for business with a minimum of delay and inconvenience.  The Business Executive Program (BEP) is for companies located in India and within the Chennai consular district, including Bangalore.  The program is not for companies located in the United States.  BEP companies have a high volume of visa applicants, and meet the requirements of a rigorous pre-screening and approval process conducted by the Consulate. If your company has previously been invited to join Business Executive and you have not responded to our invitation, or if you believe your company (by virtue of its size, number of business transactions with the U.S., and stability) may qualify, please contact the Consular Section for further information.  Membership is free, but BEP membership does not guarantee the issuance of a visa for you or your employees.
